When adding administrative users in v6 you need to import the users from Active Directory, otherwise the users are not correctly associated with their SID and the CMDB access will not work.

As a result, such users can not open most consoles within the emmc, despite the fact that they are set up as "supervisors". 

If you run in such problems, simply delete the existing bad user entries from the emmc and recreate them by importing from AD.
